What can I do to help me in my hopping forward so that I don’t feel and sound like an elephant? Any suggestions or advice?
Crista has a great class called Jump Back, Jump Through that teaches you the basics of jumping forward. Try that class and see if it helps. We’re planning to film more on this topic in the near future.

Not sure if this helps you or not, but I also was a bit perplexed by my ‘hopping like an elephant’ until I started waking at 4am to do my yoga, and i do it in the playroom which is just outside my kids’ bedrooms. I was forced to try and keep the noise to a minimum, and in doing so, my hopping forward instantly improved. I never thought about trying to be as quiet/light before that, but it was only when I was consious of trying to do it that way did I discover that I actually could.
