Iyengar style prop based

Hi, firstly I wish to thank you for this site. All the instructors are super and have helped me in my practice. Is there any chance of a class for those of us who tend to have tighter bodies and need modifications with basic poses that pop up in classes (especially studio classes)? If not a class, perhaps short instructional videos offering suggestion for modifications. For example, I personally have a difficult time with trikonasana and seated forward folds due to tight hamstrings.

Thank you for any advice.

Yes please! I have very tight hamstrings too and nothing seems to improve that.
