I just finished reading “the science of yoga” and now feel compelled to try incorporating regular kundalini in my practice. Where’s the best place to start?

Your best place to begin would be with Dawn’s Kundalini Yoga for Beginners. Dawn does a great job of explaining the principles, along with the techniques as she takes you through the first class. After that you can progress through her series on the chakras, from the root chakra to the third eye and crown.
