Do you have any svaroopa classes? I have been told by a yoga teacher friend that it is a type of restorative yoga which is helpful for lower back pain. I have lower back issues and find doing backbends helpful. I love Fiji’s classes especially the renew and restore and the spine -alignment, stability series. So what is svaroopa? Many thanks

No, we don’t have any Svaroopa yoga classes. I’m not familiar with it, but I’m sure an internet search will bring up a lot of information.
We have plenty of classes that help with lower back tension and pain. You will see them if you go to our Yoga Classes page and under the Style drop down choose ‘Yoga for Back Care’.
