I am working towards my 200hr yoga course and my mentor advised me to practice all types of yoga but I struggle with ashtanga yoga and was wondering if there are good online classes or 1-1s to watch to help with my own alignment when practicing

My series A namaskara needs work and while I feel no pain during it, my lower back feels right later in the day and during the night when I didn’t before I started practicing it

working with a mentor who can watch your practice and look for some of your patters of least resistance can help you with alignment and improving form. This could also help with the discomfort you are feeling from doing Sun A.
