I have Achilles Tendonitis my dr said to keep doing yoga which classes/poses would help me to heal.

Hi Lynne,

To keep our achilles happy during healing you don’t want to aggravate the issue any further, on the other hand you want to maintain some mobility here. I would offer the idea of doing some slower classes for now where you could move in a mindful way and modify any frames that over tax the achilles. In down dog, for example, keep a bent knee and heels lifted.
