I’ve recently started focusing more on asana practice to improve flexibility, posture, and overall mindfulness. Even a short daily routine has helped me feel more relaxed and energized throughout the day. What are your favorite asanas for beginners? I’d love to hear recommendations for improving balance and reducing stress.
