Hi all - it’s International Yoga Day on Thursday, 21st June. Do you have anything exciting planned to commemorate this special day in the Yoga calendar??

I am coming to the end of my yoga teacher training course, having just finished writing my final assignment 🙂 I am going to take the opportunity to get my head out of textbooks and out onto the mat, teaching a yoga for cyclists class in a beautifully, picturesque square in central Bristol, UK. If you happen to be in town that day, feel free to join me at 12.15pm BST!

Whatever you’re up to have a great day. Namaste.
