Playback problem

Good morning, I don’t know if it is just me or a site problem, but when I went to do my morning class I encountered the message “unable to decode media content.” It was working fine last night.

I have tried several videos and the same message comes up on all of them. I have cleared my cache and restarted the internet.

I hoping it’s just a temporary glitch but thought I’d mention it anyway.

Yes, it’s very strange how this started suddenly.

I have been corresponding with Clare, who is just as mystified as I am.

Samsung has assured me that they haven’t done any updates and from what Clare has told me, neither have you.

She is following it up with the video host and hopefully will find a resolution.
