Hi friends,

I love the classes here. I have been practicing yoga on and off for maybe 15 years, but so infrequently and usually via videos rather than in person, so I think I’m very much Beginner II/Intermediate I level. I’m finally committing to a more sustained practice but given my constraints the most I can commit to is 2x a week for 30 minutes. I still feel like I can make progress, however, in that amount of time - but to do so I wonder if I need to be taking a series in which the classes build on one another rather than just random 30 minute classes I happen to find. I feel like I’m not alone here in terms of either my level/experience or my time constraints. I’d be so grateful for any recommendations on how to achieve my goal given my conditions. I don’t have a specific goal of like inversions etc - I just want to feel myself really getting better at all the poses, slowly but surely.

Thank you!

This is a great reflection and request! A series that is working towards some common themes adn allows skill building over time. Keeping all the classes short so that they can fit into a planned window! I will bring this to the planning sessions this Fall!

I love this idea and second all that ditmasnyc has said! I too have a 30 minute window, so this would be perfect. I find that with your other programmes I often end up skipping the longer (and shorter) classes. Thanks so much for considering this!
