Hi again
My mom just slipped or herniated her disk in her lower back. I’m wondering if anyone has yoga poses or any classes on here that could be helpful. Probably restorative first?
Thank you!

Hi there. Yes, restorative is the way to go. Encourage her to be very gentle and avoid any pain. Feel free to reach out if she has any other questions.

Thank you David! Are there any particular classes on the site that you could recommend?

No specific ones since it’s hard to know exactly what is needed. I would recommend any of the restorative classes. Do you know how to choose Restorative under the list of Styles?
