# Suggestions for a Winter Solstice Class?

In a normal (non-Covid) year, I always take an in-person winter solstice yoga class. It’s a wonderful way to ground myself before the holidays and to set my intentions for the next year.

As I couldn’t find a DYWM class specifically for the winter solstice, I thought I’d ask for suggestions. I spent about an hour looking at different classes and have a few options in mind, but I’d love to know if you have a favorite DYWM class for winter solstice.

Tracey Noseworthy has some lovely classes that are geared towards intentions that I find uplifting and inspiring. Check some of hers out. I did her class on gratitude on Christmas Eve. Much needed after a tumultuous 2020.

Thanks for the suggestion! I’ve enjoyed Tracey’s classes but don’t think I’ve done the one on gratitude.

Here’s hoping that 2021 will be much less tumultuous than 2020. Until then, I wish you many moments of calm.
