Several times over the past few days, I’ve received “unknown error” messages when trying to play videos of classes. Everything else on the site appears functional. It’s very frustrating to make time for a class and then not be able to access it. I’m using Chrome on an Apple device. I’ve been a member for over a year and this is the first time I’ve encountered the problem.
You are not alone! I’ve been a member for four years and never experienced this problem until the last three days
@alimpert73 @clashof Me too! I just finished “powerwashing” my computer and restoring to factory settings. I opened doyogawithme on chrome and when I clicked login I ALSO got a spam pop up which makes me think there is something wrong with this site. I still get the “an unkown error occorued” on chrome and firefox.
I use Safari with no problems.
This happens to me as well, mostly when using the Roku app. I have been able to access the same class denied on Roku using Firefox instead.
Hi everyone. I’m sorry for the late reply. We had a number of bugs after upgrading the website but they all seem to be fixed now. If you are able to clear your cache, that should fix all problems on your end. Let me know if you continue to have any problems - I’m happy to help.
