I am looking for information. Any. I have recently had a colostomy. Can I do yoga? Are there particular classes? poses? clothing? Dos? Don’ts?

Hello there.  
Thanks for reaching out. I wish I could help, but I don’t know what classes would be best after a colostomy. I’m guessing that it would be best to start with gentle classes, like our restorative classes, which you can locate under Style on our Yoga Classes page.

This is the link and and short write up from the page.  
This video is an introduction to doing yoga with an ostomy. Learn some basic recommendations and poses that will help you to begin your yoga practice.
