I am new to yoga, having started at the start of the quarantine in March of 2020. I started here at DYWM with the very beginner classes and have practiced every day working my way up to Intermediate II and III classes. I have lost over 20 lbs and changed my body and the way I exercise. At 56, I have always been an active person swimming mostly but also strength conditioning, walk/running, etc. Yoga has changed the game for me. I feel so flexible and young since I have started.
