How do l deal with muscle cramping in certain poses? I have been away from practice for about a year and trying to get back in to it. I am also wondering if i started back with a pro gram to hard for the moment. Thanks!
Muscle Cramping can happen for a variety of reasons and of course is uncomfortable. I would first start with ensuring you are really well hydrated and that you have enough magnesium and potassium, many people need to supplement for this.
Additionally yes cramping can come up occasionally when doing new difficult exercises but not on a regular basis, I would look at some of the internal supports too.
