So I did a nice easy practice last night about 2 hours before bedtime. I slept really really well. Any suggestions for a short set of asanas closer to bedtime. Maybe 10-15 minutes. Thanks in advance.

I am happy to hear that a practice in the evening helped with sleep! You can choose classes that are calming and resonate with you, or try some of our classes geared around sleep.
