Hi David, maybe you’re checking to see if we’re paying attention? The Sangha Session 30 Title is different than your text’s question (b4 bed vs morning). But I’ll add (again, my answer from Sangha Session 29) that any time of day (I practice mid-days) the most impactful class to date has been Tianne’s Deep Hip Opening. I would love to hear what other folks use at different times of the day. And thanks for the integrity of how you facilitate this community, David; it is so clear.

Hi all, I highly recommend the following for evening/bedtime classes (there are so many suggestions, because I use the dywm site nearly daily):
10-20 mins Satiya’s restorative yoga for busy people; Rachel’s micropractice for sleep; Josh’s evening wind down; Fiji’s vinyasa yoga for sleep; Tracey’s bedtime vinyasa
20-30 mins: Rachel’s bedtime lullaby; Josh’s yoga for grounding
30-45 mins: Guy’s yang to yin; Melissa’s bedtime yoga or yoga for better sleep
