Are there any specific yoga poses that help building triceps? I believe chaturanga dandasana and downward facing dog help in biceps but not triceps. Correct me if I am wrong in my understanding.

Hi there. The best poses for building strength in the triceps are dolphin and forearm balance. Chataranga will do it, too.
