Class for sprain or injury to the ligaments

I had a knee trauma more then ten years ago (meniscus fracture). Usually, the knees feel good. But after regular physical activity (including yoga) and in wet or cold weather begin painful. Sometimes the leg twists and I hear a crunch in the knees and start painful. These situations are most likely a sprain or injury to the ligaments.
Is this video good in this case? https://www.doyogawithme.com/content/yoga-knee-arthritis . Or you can recommend another video? Thanks!

Yes, absolutely. That class will help maintain the health and range of motion in your knee joint, which may allow you to do other, more challenging, yoga classes. You may want to initially stick with more gentle hatha classes, perhaps ones that have more seated and lying poses, until your knee feels like it can bear weight.
