Hi, I have a grade 2 tear in my MCL. What are some poses to avoid? Should I avoid yoga altogether and only focus on traditional PT?
I am sorry to hear about your injury! I would of course first ask your PT what they think based on your specific injury. You will want to give your knee ample time to heal so that you can eventually make your way back to the mat. Listening to your body is key too, you should be looking for pain free range of motion, if a movement causes pain then that is one to avoid right now.
