Has anyone ever tried using a yoga wheel prop for help with inversions?

Im assuming bolsters could also be used in place of this specific prop.
I’ve only used it for massage and moving into backbends.
My first yoga teacher had one and I used it frequently. My husband then built one. It is beautiful and a wonderful tool for regular stretching and inversions. It’s necessary to begin with minimal time and minimal inversion, increasing gradually.
I’d suggest less stuff. Yoga is becoming such an industry. I’m sure you’ll be fine without it
