Help with identifying a specific style of Vinyasa

Hello everyone, is there a style of vinyasa that uses the ‘seven doorways’? For example, I believe the first doorway is:

  1. Sacred Space
  2. Sun A
  3. Sun B
  4. Sun C
  5. Logs
  6. Yin
  7. Savasana

Hello,

I am not sure that any specific style of yoga follows this sequence exactly, and am not aware of any of our classes that use this. I will look into it for sure as a possible future class.

Hi There, much appreciated. I’m putting together a flow using these doorways on Tumee. Happy to share once they are completed. I also enjoy the ‘free flow’ area that allows you to practice on your own once the teacher has shown you the sun c sequence.
