Hello, I’m looking for recommendations for fast cardio-style vinyasa type classes.
Slow classes are good but I find my mind wanders too much. Fast classes with trickier balancing poses are better as my mind is forced to focus on the task at hand and not be concerned with negative poisonous junk floating around in my head.
Fiji’s Advanced Power Flow and Fiji’s Rise and Shine are two classes that I find perfect. A lot of Rachel’s classes also fall into this quick-paced no-nonsense yoga.
If anyone has similar recommendations, I would be very grateful.
