I am interested in doing more yoga to balance my body (hormones) during this time of transition into menopause. I read about Dinah Rodriguez who created a sequence to help with alleviating symptoms. Any thoughts on offering a session? I am not finding anything that covers this subject on DoYogaWithMe, however, I may not be looking in the right area. I would like to find more help.
