I recently started practicing asanas regularly and I’ve noticed it helps me feel more relaxed, focused, and active throughout the day. Even a short session in the morning can make a big difference in energy and flexibility.
For those who practice yoga asanas regularly, which poses have helped you the most? Do you follow a daily routine or practice only a few times a week?

Hi, that is wonderful that you have started your practice - and regularly! I would agree with everything you said about the benefits of yoga - and for me, I cannot imagine life without it anymore. I have been practicing daily for over ten years now, and couldn’t have done that without the teachers on this site. The poses I love most for relaxation are pigeon, for focus tree and for energy, both the sun and moon salutations. I think an important key to a daily practice is to just do some salutations or even some short sequences such as Jonni Lyn’s Jivamukti magic ten - or the micropractices offered by Rachel Scott - or a meditation or breath practice if you are physically ill.
