I am having trouble accessing my Practice Studio. When I click on my account, the drop down menu is barely visible and disappears when I move my cursor

Hmmm…not sure what’s happening for you, but if you click on “Contact Us” (at the bottom of every page) and send in a message there, you should get pretty quick assistance. Good luck!

contact us is the direct way to get help with site issues!

Since the new update, when I log into DYWM, It flashes on my screen and then dissapears. I discovered by scrolling down, I can see the site.
