Are there any classes that can be done while seated in a chair? I have searched for “seated” and all the classes that come up in that search seem to be seated on the floor. I’m looking for something for someone who is unable to get up and down from the floor.
I’m sure I’ve seen chair classes in the yoga for seniors section.
