Broken Toe Suggestions

Hi everyone, sadly I just recovered from a knee injury that had me out of yoga a couple months and now I have a broken toe. I can’t believe how a toe can impact movement so much :slight_smile:

Anyway, wondering if anyone has suggestions for classes that don’t move the foot in a boot?

I have a few classes that could work for you. For example, this one:

Maintain Alignment in Seated Poses

I would suggest doing a search on the words ‘seated’ or ‘sitting’ or ‘lying’ so you can find classes with that as an emphasis.
