Yes please I completely agree with the previous commenter — Rachel Scott is a blast and such a great instructor, please more intermediate classes with her! Especially outside, love love love the outside classes. Thanks!

Ok! We’ll do our best to get her in front of the camera again! She’s a busy lady. 
I like all of the outside classes especially the ones on the beach with the waves splashing…sounding like Ujjayi breathing. Throw in some ultra soft tunes and it’s pure bliss.
