I am finally getting serious about doing yoga regularly. I am working my way through the absolute beginners section and since Monday have done daily sessions. I am a bit sore but have been working through it so far this week. I am just wondering should I continue to push through it and continue with daily sessions or if I should take a day or two every week off.
Sorry for the late reply. The answer is that it depends on your body. If it is getting quite sore and tired, you should take a day off. If not, you should be ok to keep going.
