I’m 5’3” and have no issues doing most all poses, BUT side crow is challenging because of arm position. I’ve watched tutorials on side crow and have tried it, but it’s difficult to get both hands completely flat on the ground on either side of my thighs. Should I use blocks under my feet to be able to help get my hips high enough to do this pose? Any help is greatly appreciated.
Try putting some solid blocks under your hands to “extend” your arm length. Blocks under the feet is also a good option to get you up a bit higher on the arm.
