I’m looking for 2 things.
- A good routine that will help me prepare for long, multi day backpacking
hikes. Which one(s) are going to get my legs, hips, thighs and back in good
shape for that? I don’t have patience for much past 30 min, so if it could fit in that time or less…great!
- A good routine (short…10 min or less) that will help me stretch my back
and hips when I wake up in the morning. More directly related to something I
can easily do in the backcountry while hiking or in a tent, but that I could do at home
too. While hiking, I won’t always have access to a mat.
