Yoga for hiking and backpacking and campgrounds

I’m looking for 2 things.

  1. A good routine that will help me prepare for long, multi day backpacking
    hikes. Which one(s) are going to get my legs, hips, thighs and back in good
    shape for that? I don’t have patience for much past 30 min, so if it could fit in that time or less…great!
  2. A good routine (short…10 min or less) that will help me stretch my back
    and hips when I wake up in the morning. More directly related to something I
    can easily do in the backcountry while hiking or in a tent, but that I could do at home
    too. While hiking, I won’t always have access to a mat.

Thanks for the feedback! That’s very nice of you to say.

We have so many videos and I’m sure that many would be perfect for the two situations you list. But if you use our filters, you should be able to narrow it down to a few classes that you can try and see if they are what you are looking for. The time filter is obvious, but you can also choose whether you want a vinyasa class or hatha or yin. We don’t yet have a filter for body part, but you can also use our search box and search on ‘hips’ or ‘back’ or ‘hamstrings’.
