Hi everybody january 2nd I broke 3 ribs on the left part that had me out of yoga for about 3 months.
Could you kindly suggest me some classes that I could do as i have still pain ?

Thanks so much for sharing.
It’s difficult to recommend specific classes, since I don’t know how easily the pain comes on, but I can suggest that you choose gentle or restorative classes using the Class filters. You could also try the first week of the Be Strong Beginner Challenge.
