I broke my clavicle when I took a tumble running a few days ago, I normally run and do a vinyasa yoga class on this site every day so six weeks out is going to be so frustrating. Are there any classes safe to do? I don’t want to lose fitness especially in legs and core!

I imagine you could do any of the classes that only have seated or lying poses, like this one. Although, I imagine it’s hard to hold onto a strap too, isn’t it?
