Hi…I am recovering (it’s been a little over 2 weeks and I feel great) from a concussion and wondered what class would be appropriate to start back with. Prior to my concussion I was doing Intermediate II and III vinyasa classes but am hesitant to bend over, do down dog or put any pressure on my head. I was thinking maybe David’s seated Hatha Class. I’d love any suggestions. Thank you.

Yes, my seated hatha class or any of my series on Maintaining Alignment would be great. You may also want to skip through a few of Rachel’s classes, to see if they would be suitable. Her classes would challenge you more, since you prefer Intermediate II and III.
