So… the classes so far are great. What is the best way to navigate soreness during this challenge? My side ribs and thighs are lit up because of the past two days.

The best ways to navigate soreness are taking care of your body - a hot bath, sauna, etc. If you find you are just too sore to do the class that day, take the day off or do a more gentle class, like restorative or a guided meditation.

Any excuse to do a bath with Epsom salts is welcome. Thank you.
