Hi there, I really enjoy goddess poses and squats and was wondering if anyone could share which classes they like that have these poses. Beginner to intermediate level. Thank you!

Great question.
I don’t know our library well enough to know which classes have goddess pose, but we do have one coming very soon that I think you will love. It’s called ‘Yoga for Divas’ and it’s a fun, lively, diva-appropriate yoga flow with the fabulous Rachel Scott and it has, of course, at least one goddess pose in it.
