One thing I love about DYWM is doing the same workouts over and over. It often seems like no matter how many times I’ve done a practice I glean something new from it. After the umpteenth time I can suddenly hear something I haven’t heard before. Or maybe something makes more sense than it did. Or the lightbulb goes on as to why this pose comes before another.
So for me repetition can be a path to newness.

What a wonderful point! Remember the phrase, “when the student is ready, the teacher will appear”. I believe that in yoga the teacher is you! When you are ready for the subtle cues because your have developed your practice and ear to a certain level, you will be open to hearing and interpreting things in a new way!
