Intermediate I, II, and III?

Hello everyone!

This is my first subscription to a yoga app. I’ve been enjoying using it quite a lot.

A question.

I recently finished the 8 week “beginning-to-intermediate” challenge offered through this site.

Broadly, what are the distinctions between Intermediate I, II, and III classes? Are there certain specific asanas that are considered level II or III? Or is it more of a general assessment based on overall rigor? And would you recommend jumping right in to the level II and III classes, or waiting a bit?

Hi Matthew, and Welcome! The break up of intermediate leveling does have to do with a combination of the more challenging postures, the frequency of them in the class, and the over all vigor. You can definately try all levels and modify poses along the way as needed.
