I love yoga but hate wasting my time. I want to pick the right routine every time. I know the use of stating that this is “Intermediate I” for example is important…but what does it mean? How do you characterize each level?

Hello there! Thanks for commenting and apologies for the delay in replying.
Intermediate I is a gentle, intermediate class. For example, a gentle vinyasa flow class, without any challenging poses, would be Intermediate I. So would a hatha class that has challenging elements but none of the harder poses.
You will likely get a sense of the levels as you do more classes. People also comment under videos when they feel they are categorized incorrectly, so feel free to do that.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
