For the last few years I have been doing Intermediate I &I I classes. Usually I’d start the week off with a long,50-60 minute II class. Then for the next day or so I’d do a shorter I class. Then back to the longer II. And so on.
About a month ago I finally did a III class and actually loved it. And funny as it sounds I have been doing only III classes for the last month. Long or short.
I suppose my body was ready.

I always encourage student to try a level up every once in a while, and to just do as much as you can do! We often are capable of much more than we think we are!
