Pranayama-Four Purifications

Good morning DYWM. I’m studying ayurveda, and just learned about the 4 Purifications pranayama practice. I’ve seen 3 of the 4 purifications covered in your pranayama videos, but I’m wondering if you’d consider putting all 4 of the exercises together in one pranayama class? (And regarding agnisara, I’ve seen it taught standing, as I’ve seen both Christa and David do, as well as seated, which I’d love to see demonstrated or offered as an option. Is there any benefit to standing vs. seated?) Love that you have pranayama classes, thank you so much!

Great suggestion, we will be expanding out classes in all areas this coming year and offering new workshops on specific topics. An indepth exploration of pranayama will be one of those workshops for sure!
