I have really appreciated the 3 or 4 yoga classes for cyclists, but would jump for joy if there were a curated program for cyclists like there is for runners!
This is a great idea. I also really like the cyclist-specific classes, but having done most of the curated programme for runners, I think having a specific curated programme for cyclists would be so helpful. As many of us are now transitioning from winter training to more time on the bike outside, supporting sore muscles and maintaining/ building strength would be much appreciated!
