Hi, I am looking for classes and modifications. I am returning from snapping 3 ligaments in my right ankle. I am told its fine to do yoga, but looking for some sessions and variations that will work with some restrictions. nothing else is wrong with me.
Hi there. What level and style are you looking for? Any particular focus?
I usually do intermediate vinyasa flow or yin yoga, but i also like hatha - really i’ll take anything that i can do with my ankle. I can’t do balances on that side or point my ankle fully straight (so kneeling and childs pose for example don’t work)
