In the past weeks, I noticed that if I go into shoulder stand I need to queef. I was wondering if someone knows why that is anatomicly and if there are any benefits in it.

Ha! Great question. I imagine it’s a simple result of turning your body upside down. Gravity causes the gases inside your body to move in a different direction.
