Hi all,
I had an ACL repair 10 weeks ago in December (hamstring graft) and I think I’m ready to get back into yoga. I was practicing almost every day at the intermediate level last year before I tore it in September.
My PT is currently focused on rebuilding strength and mobility. With stretching, I can bend my knee to 145 degrees but I have to work a little to get it that far.
I prefer doing multi-day challenges and intermediate classes. Does anyone have recommendations on how to get started again? Classes or challenges that might be appropriate?
