I’m new at practicing vinyasa yoga and i love it!
I just wanted to know if doing yoga every day can help me toning my muscles? I need to do exercise because I’m a bit lazy, and my heart is “asking” me to do something even though I’m in a good shape (I have PCOS) . I don’t like doing any type of other exercise, so this is my golden practice.
I started 15 min per day, now i’m 30min/day, everyday, in a week. My plan is do it regularly, little by little, but with discipline to reach my goals.
