Are there any yoga videos to help reduce body fat and build muscle with resistance bands?
Yoga asana aren’t really known for helping you lose weight. Diet and cardio are the best ways. Yoga also doesn’t really build muscle, rather it tones your body.
There is a practice called Dandasana, however, that is an old mix of yoga and martial arts. It’s a very slow motion resistance exercise, combined with deep breathing, that can build muscle and move energy. I have considered filming dandasana classes - let me know if that would interest you.
