Yoga classes that avoid weight on wrist/elbow

I am struggling with cubital tunnel syndrome and am trying to avoid classes that put too much weight on wrists and elbows (planking etc). I still want to keep practicing yoga to keep the rest of my body mobile, strong and flexible. Can you recommend any classes that put less pressure on these areas? I am already aware of the Carpel Tunnel Syndrome class, but I am hoping for some additional strength and mobility classes for the whole body. Thanks!!

One of my favourites is Davids Yoga for Hips, Hamstrings & Lower Back | DoYogaWithMe.com which is light on the wrists and shoulders. :).

I also love Fiji’s class “Power Yoga for Wrist Injuries”… It is a bit of an oldie, but definitely a goodie for working the entire body! Hope you enjoy!
